Elite Diagnostics will do everything possible to help you
handle your insurance claims. Patients are responsible for any portion
of the payment not covered by insurance. You may be requested for your
portion of payment at the time of service.
Patients
who do not carry health insurance will be expected to pay at the time
of service.
For
your convenience, we accept personal checks, MasterCard and Visa as form
of payment.

Please call the office to determine if we are contracted to provide services
through your insurance company or managed care provider. Click here

Claim Process:
It is your responsibility to work with your insurance provider in advance
of your appointment to understand which procedures they will or will not
cover. You are responsible for payment of procedures that are not covered
by your carrier.
